How you'll make an impact
You'll play a pivotal part in driving growth and realising vision; contributing to everything from strategic input and operational management to acting as high-level business-partner, driving profit maximisation and much more. It's hard to understate how big an impact you will have on the company's future success.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage and develop the finance team (+8 heads).
- Drive workflows, efficiencies, and processes into the 21st century (client portals, AI, process automation).
- Develop operational handbooks and best practices.
- Act as a Fractional FD, contributing to board meetings, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee corporate tax, end-of-year accounts, and confirmation statements.
- Deliver management accounts for larger clients.
- Implement and optimize project accounting systems using Xero.
- Develop and implement strategy
